What happensAgenda
  1. You describe the project. Startup, relocation or expansion. Square footage and operatory count if you know them, a rough idea if you do not.
  2. We put a range on it. A realistic cost range for a practice your size, and what actually moves that number: delivery condition, operatory count, imaging and shielding.
  3. We check the date. Your target opening against a normal permit and construction timeline, and whether it holds.
  4. We name the risks. The two or three things most likely to cost you money on this specific project, whether or not you ever hire us.
  5. You decide nothing. If it makes sense to keep talking we will. If it does not, you still leave with a straight answer.

Any of these make the thirty minutes go further: a listing or address for the space you are considering, a lease draft or letter of intent, a landlord delivery condition or work letter, your lender's approved loan amount, a target opening date, and your operatory count.
